About this place
Diners who come for the dumplings have described them as fluffy, with a pleasantly chewy texture that makes for a satisfying bite. The menu also includes fried shumai and spring rolls, so you can start with dumplings and add a small plate on the side. One family dining here singled out the fried shumai as a favourite.
For noodles, options include sanratanmen, with its clear soup and mellow egg, and light ramen in either salt or soy sauce. One diner who tried the light salt ramen said the broth looked clear but had plenty of flavour, and that the garland chrysanthemum topping stood out. For a spicier change of pace, Sichuan-style tantanmen combines the mellow richness of sesame with a piquant kick.
At lunchtime, set B pairs light ramen with a mini serving of takana fried rice. It’s a handy choice when you want a little of both noodles and rice; one lunch order also added dumplings for a more substantial meal.
The restaurant is described as suitable for solo dining and offers both dine-in and takeaway. At the Teradacho branch, you can centre your meal on dumplings with a side dish, or pair light noodles with rice, choosing according to your appetite and mood.
